About Sasha Gittens

I am an Experienced Educator, Counselor, Trainer, Team Leader, and Program Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in non-profit organizations, public education and startup educational technology spaces. I have specialized skills working with students to help them gain access to opportunities they need- education, career and mental health and family support. My primary focus has been on the most at-risk student, students and adults who needed support to achieve their goals. I have worked with populations in NYC Public High Schools, and in private and corporate sectors, in K-12, early and established careers. My skills in Crisis Intervention, Educational Technology, Leadership, Student Development, and Professional Development Facilitation has allowed me to bring insights to organizations to develop strong support teams. My tenure at Multiverse focused on empowering youth through transformative educational experiences, and as the Global Head of Apprentice Support, I lead the charge in integrating Generative AI along with people focused approach to enhance our support services. My tenure with Multiverse has seen me grow from managing U.S. operations to taking on a global leadership role, where my strategic leadership and communication skills have been pivotal in scaling our support frameworks.My mission is to foster an environment where young adults can thrive in their careers, leveraging technology to create equitable opportunities. Thanks to collaborative efforts, and my team developed innovative support services that have significantly impacted at-risk student and apprentice populations, ensuring that their social-emotional development and educational needs are met with care and cutting-edge solutions.
