Motion LA is a media agency I founded to curate experiential fitness and wellness events and produce brand activations that help companies grow, reach their ideal demographic, and build meaningful partnerships with creators and influencers.It started as a small community of entrepreneurs and influencers coming together through fitness. We met weekly for workouts and events ranging from HIIT and strength training to yoga and wellness sessions.Over time, the community grew to include founders, CEOs, and executives from industries like medicine, tech, finance, law, media, entertainment, real estate, e-commerce, and wellness.What began as a small gathering has become a social club, business incubator, and gym all in one… connecting people through their passion for health, collaboration, and growth.Today, our world-class trainers and creative teams host some of the most sought-after fitness events around the world, helping brands turn wellness into a platform for connection and community.
