ABOUT SASHA SCHRODE

Sasha Schrode is a healthcare entrepreneur, board director, and venture partner with over two decades of leadership across MedTech, pharma, and finance. She is the CEO of FEMSelect, a women’s health company with a mission to improve the quality of life for women globally. Under her leadership, FEMSelect raised Series B funding from leading venture firms and is actively scaling its commercial team and M&A strategy. Prior to FEMSelect, Sasha was the Founder and CEO of Serpex Medical, a lung cancer Medtech company, which was acquired in 2023. She successfully exited the company in a strategic acquisition to Maverix Medical. Sasha played a pivotal role in orchestrating the formation of Maverix, a private equity backed venture built in partnership with Hologic, designed to deliver $50M+ in revenue within five years. Before founding Serpex Medical, Sasha held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies including Schering-Plough and CR Bard, where she built and led high-performing commercial teams, scaling business units to over $50M in revenue.Sasha is also a partner at Robin Hood Ventures where they invest in seed and series-A stage healthcare companies. She serves on the Life Sciences Committee and leads due diligence efforts across MedTech, Biotech, and Digital Health. Sasha also serves on the board of the American Lung Association, FEMSelect, and advisory board at University of Penn’s Health and Technology, where she helps facilitate the development of novel medical technologies across the University system as well as connect and train innovators. She received an M.B.A from Northeastern University and a B.A. from Perdue School of Business.
