I work at the intersection of AI, cutting edge innovation, and policy to ensure technology scales responsibly, globally, and in service of society.With a career spanning Europe, the U.S, and Africa, I bring a global perspective on how innovation, governance, and society connect.Today, I lead AI policy across EMEA at AWS, acting as a bridge between policymakers and innovators to shape and translate the complexity of AI, governance, and innovation into real-world impact.I\'m focused on:→ Advising governments on forward-looking, implementable AI policy and regulatory frameworks→ Supporting organizations in operationalizing responsible AI and governance at scale→ Translating real-world challenges into product and policy solutions with builders and decision-makers.Along the way, I’ve:• Received the Public Diplomacy Innovation Prize from the White House• Launched the EU–AU Digital Economy Partnership with heads of state and global institutions• Opened the first free coding school for girls in Senegal• Led global convenings that shaped international AI ethics and standards• Contributed to constitutional and policy reform to support innovation in 100+ countries.I care deeply about one thing: Building a tech future that more people have a hand in shaping, and that is innovative, inclusive, and trusted.
