ABOUT SASHA MORGAN-GUY

I’ve spent the last few years working at the intersection of sales, recruiting, and employer branding - mostly with staffing companies in the DACH region.Today, I lead the Staffing DACH team at kununu, where we support staffing firms in building stronger employer brands and attracting the right candidates at scale. My focus is on outbound sales, pipeline strategy, and team development - always with an eye on what actually drives impact for our clients.Before kununu, I helped build the DACH go-to-market function at CleverConnect, leading a team focused on the mid-market and staffing segment in DACH.Earlier, I worked at Joblift during its expansion into the direct customer segment, and before that, at Indeed, where I partnered with some of DACH\'s largest staffing agencies to improve their hiring performance through data-driven job advertising.I enjoy working with people who are curious, pragmatic, and focused on building things that last. Always happy to connect and share ideas - especially around sales, staffing, or how to make recruiting a bit better.
