As a Senior at the University of Southern California (USC), I am enrolled in the Business of Cinematic Arts Program (BCA), a distinctive joint degree offered by the Marshall School of Business and the School of Cinematic Arts. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to a talent agency specializing in digital talent representation. My goal is to further develop my expertise in supporting content creators, digital artists, and online personalities within the dynamic landscape of the creator economy. Building upon my previous internship experiences in talent management and representation, data analytics, and brand-building strategies, I aspire to assist digital influencers in expanding their presence across diverse media platforms, including television, podcasting, publishing, and beyond. My coursework has equipped me with a foundation in cinema and television development, production, and media management. Complemented by skills in organizational management, finance, accounting, business law, marketing, and supply chain management, I approach business problem-solving tasks with a sharp analytical mindset. My proven track record as an effective project coordinator demonstrated through leadership in event planning, talent management, and business case projects underscores my strong collaborative skills. Additionally, my adept presentation abilities and extroverted personality enable me to navigate seamlessly among stakeholders, ensuring a deep understanding of client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
