About Sasha Digiulian
I am a professional rock climber and Founder & CEO of SEND BARS, a superfood plant-based protein bar company. I am also the author of “Take the Lead; Hanging on, Letting Go, and Conquering Life’s Hardest Climbs.”I\'ve won the World Championships, and have been four-time panAmerican Champion, and three-time US National Champion. Outdoors, I was the first North American woman and third woman ever to climb the grade 9a, 5.14d. I\'ve climbed over a dozen First Ascents around the world and over 30 First Female Ascents. I graduated from Columbia University in New York City, having studied Nonfiction Writing and Business. I am on the board of The Access Fund, and Ascend Athletics. I have served on the Board of Trustees for The Women’s Sports Foundation, and I am an ambassador for Protect Our Winters, Right to Play International, and Up2Us Sports. I have written for publications including the NYTimes Opinion, NatGeo, Outside Magazine. I travel globally for Appearances, Events, and Motivational Speaking.
