I am a strategic, highly collaborative and goal-oriented professional with 7+ years in engineering, project management and change management. I work at Enbridge Gas Distribution in change management, specifically aligning our business processes, procedures and systems. I excel in communications and, training content creation and delivery. I am a Paralympian (Guide in Paratriathlon) from the 2016 Rio Paralympic Games and am the co-founder of Canada\'s only sanctioned paratriathlon club, Paratriathlon Ontario, demonstrating my ability to lead, innovate and deliver measurable results.
