I\'m a Compliance and Risk professional with nearly six years of experience strengthening regulatory governance across major financial institutions, including Scotiabank and ANZ Bank. My work bridges operational risk, compliance testing, regulatory change management, and control remediation — with a consistent focus on creating frameworks that are effective, scalable, and audit-ready.In the Canadian context, I\'ve worked extensively with regulations by FINTRAC, OSFI, PCMLTFA, CDIC, CIRO etc. However, my expertise also applies to US and other global regulatory frameworks. I partner closely with business, audit, and technology teams to uplift controls, close compliance gaps, and enhance enterprise risk management practices.
