As the Social Media Lead for the Hits Radio brand, I lead on our strategies across various platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. My role involves collaborating with programming and marketing teams to synchronise social content with high profile guests, live events, competitions, and promotional activities. I also work hands-on with our music team, a range of artists and their teams to support promotional activity on our socials around new releases. Managing a team of three, including a a video producer and two social media producers, I foster collaboration and innovation within the team. In 2023, we achieved a remarkable 562% increase in TikTok video views compared to 2022 after re-aligning our strategy and increasing our video output. My expertise extends to large-scale social media event coverage for arena shows, notably Hits Radio Live.I\'m experienced and passionate about analytics, as it\'s important to ensure you\'re constantly reviewing how your content performs. From keeping an eye on engagement numbers to spotting trends, I use data insights to shape and strengthen our content strategy, making sure we stay on top in the ever-changing world of social media.
