In my role as Unit Lead for Technical Project Management and Technical Account Management at evoila, I am responsible for leading and developing a cross-functional team of TPMs and TAMs. I oversee the full lifecycle of complex IT projects – from planning and budgeting to stakeholder management, risk assessment, and delivery. Acting as the technical lead, I collaborate closely with Sales and Presales to analyze requirements, design solution architectures, and estimate project efforts. A key focus of my work lies in strategic client engagement: I advise enterprise customers on cloud infrastructure (VMware, Azure), Kubernetes, automation, and DevOps solutions. Through tailored workshops, roadmap sessions, and continuous reviews, I help our clients optimize their IT strategy and ensure sustainable project success. As the central point of escalation, I combine operational excellence with long-term account development to create real business value.
