Periodic Inspection and analysis of Quality cleared dry goods and wet goods. Analysis of online blend samples and finished products for physical, chemical and sensory parameters. Periodic EOL Checks for Finished Goods during packing operations. Checks of finished Goods in ware house. Verification of records pertaining to Quality & product safety. Monitoring GMP compliance. Timely Reporting of non conformances observed and their resolution. MIS/dashboard reporting Monitor adherence to SOPs in blending and packing operations. Wastage minimization of dry goods and wet goods. Driving XO, 5S, JH activities on shop floor for better performance.
