ABOUT SASAN NIKNAM
Sasan Niknam is an architect and urban designer with his current work as Director Architecture at U+A. He has previously worked as project manager at C&P Immobilien AG focusing on residential developments in Germany.Sasan’s long experience as an architectural design manager and his broad knowledge in managing teams of engineers and planners is key in coordinating and directing all stakeholders involved. His work focuses in all disciplines necessary from inception, conception, building permit and sales preparation.Sasan also supports the technical team at INCEPT during contract documents, bidding and contract administration.As Design Manager, Sasan has worked at U+A architects in Dubai and was involved in international design and construction projects. He has previously worked at Albert Speer & Partner Shanghai (China) and Frankfurt (Germany), and was involved in the research team ULAB (Urban Research and Design Laboratory) TU Berlin.Sasan has earned a dual master’s degree in Urban Design and Architecture from the Technical University Berlin and Tongji University in Shanghai and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of Applied Sciences in Frankfurt.
