Partnering closely with the Executive Director, this role of Director will own all aspects of the day-to-day business, leading cross-functional discussions, completing projects on their own, delivering training, and improving the internal systems used to fully and efficiently achieve a high level of member satisfaction.• The projects will cover all aspect of business administration and management across all functional areas of an electricity utility (engineering design, operations, cyber security, IT services, regulatory & finance, customer service), and will range from the development of a best practice guide or a template policy, to the creation of a complex excel model, or mapping out a process flow chart. The role will work closely with volunteers from the membership, and industry consultants to complete the various assignments.
