My responsibilities are, Coordinating internal resources (Vessel documents, Check plans preparation, availability of surveyors around the world, Report preparation manpower) and Clients for the flawless execution of IHM project within scope and within budget. • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, following up with Classification societies for approval of reports and getting Statement of Compliance (EU SRR & HKC) for the vessels, • Assist in the definition of IHM project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility • Develop a detailed IHM project plan to monitor and track progress • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs as per client’s request and our availability, • Measure project performance on weekly basis and analyze the parameters for KPIs, to maintain the Quality of the project, • Manage relationship and Coordinate with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Perform risk management with technical & planning team to minimize project risks. • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members\' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels. • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long- term goals for timely submission of reports to obtain Statement of compliance from regularity bodies. • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustment to project constraints based on financial analysis. • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members, in order to provide transparency in progress in report.
