Checking of the Invoice detail received from business team and finalized the data for Billing with checking of Monthly spend of client & Slab rate mention in the Sow, PO. At the time of Billing Proper Checking of Supporting, Vendor Invoice & Estimate, PO Based on Client Understanding with the Agency. Weekly update the unbilled file & follow up with business Heads for Resolve the Unbilled. At the time of Closing Create Unbilled revenue file for the month and uploaded unbilled revenue JV in the System. As per requirement of business team create Client wise Billed & Unbilled data. Audit purposes (Internal & Statutory) create SEO Rationalization data for the Financial Year. And create Contract master it shows every Client start date & end date of Contract. Statutory audit – Providing invoices as per sample list to the auditors with proper documents. Attachment of client bill with proper supporting as per the requirement of Client. We keep ready all the invoices with supporting for send to client & Maintain the MIS which is in Disputes.
