   As one of the first product managers recruited in India, I help integrating product management into a service core company. In my initial project at Deloitte, ERR I coordinated between multiple teams, refined product vision and liaised with the business team for client feedback. I worked closely with SMEs, data scientists, and tech teams to develop solutions including machine learning algorithms and build a roadmap for our asset. Despite recognizing the nascent market fit for our product later on, the experience honed my skills.In the AI COE, I interacted with leaders working on AI-based solutions despite time zone constraints. We streamlined processes, prioritized solutions based on market needs, and reverse-engineered solutions to verify problem statements. Infusing product management into ongoing initiatives was challenging but enlightening.Currently, I\'m working on the Micro Asset initiative, where we defined the idea of a micro asset and developed a lean intake process for potential micro assets. I continue to work on this project, refining it based on evolving requirements.
