About Sarvika Sood
I’m Sarvika, co-founder of Innofus, a flavour-forward wellness tea brand from India. I design the packs, write the words, build the website, run the Amazon play, and keep the numbers honest. My job is simple, make wellness taste incredible and make the business make sense.Before InnofusI spent 4+ years in risk consulting and banking operations, learning how to see around corners and ship with discipline. At Genpact, I worked on a Credit Risk Control initiative for a Big 4 bank, prepared Credit Approval Summaries, and managed client communications. I kept a 99.9% accuracy record, 100% SLA compliance, and earned a NPS of 93. I received Bronze Cheers and the GEM Award for independently delivered projects.
