ABOUT SARVESHA BUTALA

I am an HR Project Manager with experience across talent management initiatives, employer branding, and HR transformation projects. Currently at YES BANK, I work on strategic HR initiatives including hiring assessments, EVP rollout, employer branding campaigns, and diversity programs aimed at strengthening the organization’s talent ecosystem. My experience spans HR technology, talent programs, and candidate experience design. I have worked on initiatives such as implementing competency-based assessment frameworks, launching employer branding platforms, and operationalizing returnship programs to strengthen diversity hiring. Previously, I worked with DTDC Express Ltd on HR analytics and campus hiring programs, and with ZingHR where I contributed to HR product design across talent acquisition and workforce management modules.
