Experienced Assistant Production Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the manufacturing industry. Skilled in production management, quality control, lean manufacturing, and team leadership, I have successfully overseen various departments including rolling mill, paint & coating, and assembly.Currently, I am working at Freeman\'s Measure Pvt Ltd as the Section Head of Rolling Mill, Paint & Coating, Printing & Assembly, where I manage daily operations, quality inspections, and continuous improvement initiatives. My role involves optimizing cycle times, reducing manpower through efficient processes, and implementing 5S and TPM practices to enhance production efficiency.Previously, I held roles as a Production Engineer at Big Ben Exports and as a Production Supervisor at both Farmparts Company and Ballkings Pvt Ltd. My career has been marked by significant achievements in cost reduction, process improvement, and productivity enhancement. Notably, I have been recognized by CII for quality circle initiatives and have received multiple awards for my contributions to production excellence.I hold a Bachelor\'s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharaja Ranjit Singh Punjab Technical University and a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the Haryana State Board of Technical Education. My technical expertise includes steel rolling & annealing, CNC machining, and hardness testing, among others.I am passionate about driving operational excellence and am always eager to embrace new challenges that contribute to the growth and success of my organization.
