As an engineer, I am a Test Architect for protocols (FC, FCoE, NVMeFC and Ethernet) in IBM Spectrum Virtualize team responsible for Quality for IBM\'s Pune FlashSystem Storage team. Having around 14 years of experience in the Storage and Virtualization domain. I like to solve technical problems and to reserve the solution rights for my employer so that it can generate continuous IP revenue with a revenue from selling Storage products, a win-win situation. Finding and filing defects is my hobby more than my job. I co-chair 3 WorldWide Invention Development teams for APAC region. This includes Storage, Cloud Software and Commerce. Apart from this, am also a member of another 2 Invention development teams for Edge Computing and Mobile Solutions. Here my responsibility is to generate new ideas and evaluate the invention ideas submitted by worldwide fellow IBMers.
