ABOUT SARVESH JERE
I’m a data-driven problem solver currently pursuing my MS in Data Science, Analytics, and Engineering at Arizona State University, with a strong foundation in data engineering, analytics, and applied machine learning. I enjoy working at the intersection of data, systems, and business while turning messy, real-world data into insights and products that actually get used.Before and during my graduate studies, I’ve gained 2+ years of industry experience as a Programmer Analyst at Cognizant, supporting large-scale, client-facing data initiatives for global enterprises including Sanofi. In this role, I worked extensively on ETL pipelines, SQL optimization, cloud-based analytics, and dashboarding, helping improve data reliability, reporting accuracy, and stakeholder decision-making.More recently, I’ve expanded into AI-powered systems and modern data platforms. I built end-to-end solutions using Python, SQL, Google BigQuery, Informatica, Power BI, Tableau, Vertex AI, AWS, and GCP, and developed intelligent applications such as an AI agent (GEMS) for natural-language program management and a Cognitive Twin Builder leveraging embeddings and vector search (FAISS). I also interned at Goodleap (Fall 2025), where I applied analytics and engineering principles to real production data.Outside of work, I’m a competitive footballer and active in environmental cleanup initiatives, which has shaped my discipline, teamwork, and leadership mindset.I’m currently seeking Software Engineering, Data Engineering, and Data Science roles where I can build scalable systems, solve meaningful problems, and continue learning at a fast pace.
