Aspiring CPA -I have started my Career in 2018 as an Assistant accountant in Infosys BPM limited and worked under a pilot project. Since it was a newly launched deal, everyone including the seniors and managers were on same page in terms of the knowledge regarding the project activity and were trained concurrently. Due to my quick learning skills, I was able to grasp the process calls and Knowledge transfer quickly and was clarifying most of the queries of Team mates. Received an \"Individual Extra Miler Award\" for my contribution to team.\"Employee Engagement Award\" for Meeting KRA & showing Positive impact on the team.To explore the new career Opportunities, i started searching for jobs & found an opening for Record to report Associate in Accenture operations PVT LTD. I was shortlisted & got selected after a couple of interviews taken by the managers & Senior managers.Was hired as a Business Process Delivery Associate & got a quick hands - on Bank recons, Fixed assets & GL Modules, etc,Have conducted Cross KT sessions across different teams to get more exposer & end to end knowledge to achieve the deliverables.
