Develop and execute end-to-end Rotman Giving Day campaign strategies to encourage participation from stakeholders and generate investments for innovative management education initiatives and student support funds, with emphasis on Reunion Class volunteer management and affiliate group giving. Raised over in 2024 with the support of 300+ donors, benefiting 36 student support funds and 17 research/program support funds, and establishing two new endowments: the PhD Award and the RGD Health Award+ Manage 600+ prospects using Blackbaud CRM for Leadership Annual Gift and Major Gift solicitations and pipeline growth, focusing on retention, reactivation, and acquisition+ Serve as divisional lead for central University of Toronto fundraising campaigns like U of T Giving Day and Fall campaign, developing omni-channel fundraising strategies and marketing materials for the Rotman School of Management. Notable special campaigns: Rotman Indigenous Business Association appeal, Students Against Anti-Black Racism (SABR) program appeal, Sandra Rotman Centre for Health Sector Strategy year-end telefund campaign, Leadership Development Lab appeal+ Lead Dean\'s Society program, the divisional Student Engagement Officers program and Senior Development officer programs to ensure effective stewardship, strategic alumni engagement, and discovery activity. Developed proposals, training materials, data analysis for target audiences and provided ongoing mentorship to 5 officers + Maintain and manage revenue strategy & tracking for the LAG pipeline, data integrity, and stewardship and communications reviews in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
