I am an Enterprise Agile Transformation Leader with more than 22 years of experience building and scaling Agile operating models, Centres of Excellence, and high-performing delivery organizations across global financial services, insurance, and technology enterprises. Throughout my career, I have partnered with executive leadership teams to translate transformation strategy into sustainable operating models that accelerate value delivery, strengthen organizational agility, and improve business outcomes. My experience includes: • Building and leading Enterprise Agile Centres of Excellence • Developing Agile Coach craft capability and leadership pathways • Deploying scaled Agile operating models across large enterprises • Designing governance frameworks, maturity models, and delivery metrics • Coaching senior leaders, product organizations, and engineering teams • Driving culture change that embeds empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement I have led transformation programs impacting hundreds of teams and thousands of practitioners, improving delivery predictability, increasing value flow, and enabling organizations to respond to rapidly evolving market demands.
