My key responsibilities and contributions include- Supporting end-to-end fundraising efforts for clients across diverse sectors such as Oil & Gas, Agri-Tech, Edu-Tech, and Industrial Manufacturing among others. Key project ticket sizes have ranged from $1 million to $80 million, spanning Debt (Project Finance, Trade Finance) and Private Equity (Venture Capital, Seed Funding for startups), as well as M&A advisory for established companies- Preparation of market research reports and conducting financial analysis for clients. Creation of financial models, investment memorandums, teasers, and credit proposals from scratch for submission to prospective lenders and investors- Conducting initial due diligence on prospective clients, evaluating their eligibility based on the firm’s onboarding criteria to ensure alignment with our strategic goals- Conducting equity research (Indian market) for an internal FPI fund, identifying high-potential stocks that generated annualized returns between 35% and 50%.
