It was a very fulfilling and learning experience. As things panned out, we completed the project (20kms of it ) in 8 years and I was promoted to handle a commercial building electrification project as the Project manager. After completing the project, in the quest to learn more,I did my MBA full time (2 Yrs.) in Canada. Then joined Canadian Tire a retail giant in Canada, and worked for them in various supply chain roles, the last being as a Supply Chain Analyst a.k.a Replenishment Analyst. We had to come back to India for family issues.At Canadian Tire, I specialized in replenishment and data-driven inventory management, while my tenure at L&T focused on large-scale resource procurement for infrastructure. I am passionate about leveraging data analytics (MS Excel, SAP) to drive cost-saving initiatives and streamline vendor relations. I have lead teams to success and have been appreciated for it by team members, seniors and clients alike.
