As the Executive Lean Leader for Gas Power EHS & Quality at GE Vernova, I partner closely with multiple teams of functional experts, internal customers, and stakeholders to drive fatality free operations and help deliver world-class quality products / services. Together with my incredible team of lean managers, we are responsible for driving the implementation of Lean principles across the EHS and Quality organizations, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, as well as coaching functional teams on the Lean toolkit to enhance operational efficiency and optimize processes. My role involves strategic planning on Lean Roadmap and Hoshin, servant leadership, and collaboration.I\'m also the executive regional sponsor for the Pride Alliance, our employee resource group for LGBTQ+ inclusion at GE Vernova, supporting a team of ERG leaders and volunteers to drive visible change in our business, region, and teams across APAC. I represent our teams on various councils across critical focus areas of Safety and DEI.I\'m passionate about safety mindset, quality excellence, cultivating relationships, and coaching talent.In my previous role at GE, I\'ve led the global center-of-excellence for Projects Sourcing Operations at Gas Power in GE Vernova. Before that, I\'ve worked across global strategic sourcing, sourcing operations, and FP & A roles for various GE businesses in South Asia. I\'ve graduated from GE\'s world-class leadership programs - Corporate Audit Staff with supply chain focus, Financial Management Program, and Business Leadership Program training.
