I am a GPU Performance Verification Engineer at Qualcomm, with over 5 years of experience in GPU performance verification in pre-silicon environments. My expertise spans peak performance analysis, benchmark performance verification, and optimizing GPU performance in DDRSS integrated environment. I have owned performance verification of compute test suites, where I gained thorough knowledge of executing OpenCL kernels on Adreno GPUs, developing test scenarios, calculating performance targets, debugging performance failures, and collaborating closely with design teams to resolve issues. Additionally, I have worked on peak performance verification across various sub-blocks of the Graphics Pipeline, ensuring optimal system performance. My work has involved extensive functional and performance debugging of benchmarks, giving me a comprehensive understanding of the GPU pipeline, data flow, and performance optimization. Leveraging advanced counter-based performance debugging, I have consistently identified and mitigated inefficiencies to maximize GPU performance. Additionally, I also have hands-on experience in GPU test environment bring-up alongside DDR-SS (DDR Subsystem) for precise performance measurement. This involved debugging functional issues related to DDR-SS or GPU, as well as fine-tuning DDR performance to meet specific GPU requirements. I am passionate about leveraging my technical expertise to drive the performance and efficiency of cutting-edge GPU technologies.
