As a Credit Process Associate, I am responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate processing of credit applications, maintaining compliance with banking regulations, and supporting risk assessment procedures. My key responsibilities include:1. Reviewing and verifying customer financial documents like Income Tax Returns, Balance Sheets, Audit Reports, GST Returns, P&L Trading A/C for smoother loan processing.2. Assessing creditworthiness through thorough analysis of Individual & Commercial (CMR) Credit Reports while keeping in mind the internal guidelines and risk parameters as prescribed under the bank policies.3. Coordinating with different teams like SalesOperationsRCUCFRField InvestigatorsTechnical VendorsLawyers & Advocatesto facilitate loan approvals, sanctions and disbursements.4. Analysing Bank Statements to assess ABB maintained, top parties in credit, limit utilisation (CC/OD accounts), loan EMI tracking, bounces, and doubtful credits to understand consumer fiscal behaviour.5. Interpreting Title Investigation Reports & NEC for accurate evaluation of borrower credibility.6. Assessing Property Deeds and ancillary documents (House Tax Receipts, Khatauni/Gharoni, E-Bill, etc.) for proper vetting of properties.7. Analysing Valuation Reports of mortgaged properties to ensure fair security cover for loans.8. Coordinating with Credit Managers, ROs, SMs, and ASMs for smooth processing of credit proposals in line with bank policies.9. Assisting CMs in preparation of detailed Credit Appraisal Notes by consolidating financial, legal, and technical analyses for decision-making.10. Responsible for daily MIS reports, 360° Rejection Analysis, Portfolio Data, Vendor Allocation Format, CFR Scrubbing, Post Sanction Queries Tracking in the cluster consisting of 4-5 districts. Tracing EMIs through subtle analysis of SoA/Repayment Schedule of the original lender/financier in case of BT Loans.
