Responsible for monitoring political developments in Asian Commonwealth member states and coordinating to the strategic-level engagements • Preparing and coordinating extensive briefs for various visits undertaken by both the Secretary-General (SG) and Assistant Secretary-General (ASG). • Monitoring the outcomes of technical assistance and programme work, and collating learning in alignment with Commonwealth development frameworks and guidelines.Achievements till Date:• Served on Commonwealth Observer Group (COG) to Maldives during Presidential Election and Run-off, Sept 2023.• Led diplomatic outreach for Commonwealth Pre-Election Assessment Mission (Nov 2023) and Commonwealth Expert Team (Jan 2024) for Bangladesh elections.• Coordinated SG’s bilateral meetings at COP28 (Dubai, 2023) and COP29 (Baku, 2024).• Managed political/diplomatic engagements for COG to Sri Lanka’s Presidential Election, Sept 2024 — the historic 200th COG.• Co-created the Building Resilience and Inclusivity in Development, Governance, and Empowerment (BRIDGE) capacity building programme for the World Bank Group• Mapped political landscape and coordinated high-level engagements during ASG’s goodwill visit to Dhaka, Nov 2024.• Part of SG’s delegation to Delhi, Bangalore, and Hyderabad, Feb 2025.• Organised and spoke at Commonwealth Roundtable on climate change advisory opinions; co-authored article on ICJ’s July 2025 Advisory opinion.• Co-facilitated, with UNDP Bangladesh, South Africa study visit (May 2025) for Chief Justice and Law Adviser of Bangladesh on Truth & Reconciliation.• Delivered Commonwealth Charter Youth Workshop in Dhaka, 22–23 June 2025.• Supported ASG’s visit to India, July 2025.
