Collaborate closely with US-clients to provide comprehensive support in the structuring and pricing of a variety of complex financial deals, including Non-Qualified, Performing, Non-Performing, Prime Jumbo deals, and BPL Deals. • Specialize in loan tape cracking for Collateral Analysis System for Asset Backed Securities (RMBS) This involves analyzing large amounts of data from mortgage loan tapes and interpreting the results to provide comprehensive assessments of the underlying collateral.• Perform a thorough analysis of mortgage loan tapes and develop comprehensive financial reports to help clients make informed decisions. These reports may include Strats, Replines, Analyst Notes, Non-QM edit checks, Prepayment checks, Term sheet Numbers, FICO - LTV grid table, Promerit, Investor tape, Private Placement Memorandum reports, and other relevant reports.• Run mortgage loan tapes through credit models from leading rating agencies such as S&P, Moody\'s, and Fitch. The goal of this process is to arrive at a comprehensive assessment of the pool\'s Probability of Default, Loss Severity, and Expected Losses.• Manage Rate surveys management and maintain Economic indicators from Bloomberg, and other relevant sources. Additionally, handling ad-hoc requests and reports including, Master Issuance file, Non-QM aggregate Issuance, Investor databases, maintain trackers for various types of mortgage assets, including VOLT REO trackers, Mortgages trackers.
