Started my career with MAQ Software where I worked on data analytics and delivered multiple projects. Microsoft certified data analytics expert, hold multiple badges for Database Development, Data Warehousing & BI, Machine Learning and Microsoft Azure. With an early interest in AI and Algorithms I made career choice to take up on new set of challenges. Gained knowledge by constantly exploring different research papers and taking up courses from world\'s best instructors. In Fractal Analytics I worked on data harmonization platform where handling unstructured data was a pending problem since long. Led AI R&D for the product and integrated Machine Learning models for Entity Recognition & Association, Classification, Data Unification, Recommendations, and Outlier Detections. Currently leading data analytics and data science developments for Thermo Fisher Scientific India. Working on new data science initiatives: Gathering competitive intelligence from an unstructured data, predicting possible buy backs, recommendation engine for e-commerce site. Some of them are already delivered and well appreciated. Also working very closely with business teams to understand the requirements and managing vendors to deliver quality analytics solutions.
