Client - PayPal (p2p) P2P project focuses on the design, development, and deployment of a secure, scalable, and user-friendly Peerto-Peer (P2P) payment platform integrated with PayPal’s ecosystem.Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with product managers, compliance teams, engineering leads, and UX designers to gather and align requirements. Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Elicit functional and non-functional requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis. Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), User Stories, and Use Cases. Gap Analysis: Assess existing PayPal infrastructure and identify gaps that need to be addressed to support P2P capabilities.
