ABOUT SARTHAK AGARWAL

I consider life a journey. And the thing that makes me get up every morning is my self-growth, my passion of entrepreneurship and my love of marketing (i e. the story-telling about products & brands)I weigh INITIATIVE as the most essential quality. Everybody can analyse a problem and think of a solution but few have the confidence to go out of the way and contribute and make actions for the betterment of everyone- As the Vice Head Boy, I took initiative to address the problem of lack of student participation and autonomy through the establishment of student-led club systems, catalysing the formation of over 30 diverse clubs and impacting over students- As the President of the Commerce Club, I took initiative to address the lack of financial literacy through the establishment and publication of the first business newsletter, BizNews. And facilitated active participation of 100+ students across the standards - XII- As the Director General of national-level event, JMUN, I took initiative by spearheading the PR & Outreach division, engaging with over 500 schools and attracting over 1200 attendees from 30+ schools across India. And directed an 80+ member OC towards successful execution- As the Team Manager of Team Velonix in F1inSchools, an international STEM competition by Formula 1, I initiated new working plans that helped us reach the National Championships- As a socially conscious Student, I helped initiate an awareness campaign and organised volunteers to make disposable paper bags under the DFC programme by Stanford University, USA. I wish to continue my journey, i wish to continue taking Initiatives for a better future.
