I founded SmartPA in 2008 and I am proud to hold the role as our Chief Experience Officer, ensuring a fantastic experience for clients and employees alike. The role of the Chief Experience Officer is to unleash the combined power of both these disciplines to continually improve and deliver a better experience for our customers and partners. To do this, it all starts with our people and culture. I am an accredited trainer and learning expert. I have written and delivered training across multiple mediums: Online Learning, Franchise Training, Skills Boosters, Classroom Training, Coaching and Webinars.
