ABOUT SARPER HAZIR

I am a qualified Quality Manager and Team Lead Project Support Execution with more than six years of experience in Operations, Student Housing and Energy. My core competencies are problem solving, team motivation and process optimisation. My goal is to develop and implement high quality and sustainable solutions for the challenges of modern living. I currently work at Qualitas Energy Deutschland GmbH, a leading provider of renewable energy and energy efficiency. I am proud to be part of an innovative and socially responsible team that is driving the energy transition and making a positive contribution to the environment and society. In my previous role as Operations Manager, I was responsible for the operations of all Nido properties in Germany. I took care of budget planning and control, invoice verification and approval, negotiation and awarding of service and supply contracts, development and implementation of processes and compliance with brand and quality standards. I have also been involved in the planning and development of new sites from an operational requirements perspective. I have worked closely with internal and external partners to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, safety and comfort for residents. I have utilised my skills in Operations, Quality Management and Student Housing to support the growth and success of Nido Student and Home & Co.
