About Sarosh Chopra
As a product designer, I am passionate about understanding and solving problems by implementing design thinking. I completed my MA in Digital Media from Toronto Metropolitan University, specializing in UX design. My goal is to create engaging and user-friendly digital products and services that meet the needs and expectations of the users and the clients.Currently I am a product design consultant at EY Design, India. I am leading the product design for a top Airline company in India, creating their internal operations product that caters to the ground handling staff. Previously, I lead the product design from end to end of a scholarship platform of a leading Indian banking corporation. The platform provides MBA and engineering scholarships to students across India, and a networking and mentorship service as well.Previously, I worked for three years as a UX and hybrid designer for Deloitte Digital USI, where I improved the end-to-end experience of various B2B digital solutions, including cloud resources and security, airline customer service, supply chain management, and e-commerce for construction machinery. I collaborated with fellow UX and visual designers and developers to design the entire ordering flow of the machine attachment parts, which added more use cases and functionality to the machines. I also led the UX design for the price management portal for the company and third-party machine dealers, and for a customer service app for the service agents of a leading domestic airline company. I have also completed an internship as a UX designer with BMC Software Inc, where I conducted usability testing, performed a heuristic evaluation, and enhanced the information architecture design of the company’s flagship cloud security and resources SAAS product.I have strong skills in user research, Information Architecture design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
