Served as obstetric anesthesia lead from 2018 – 2020 during which time I led work with stakeholders to: • design and implement a structured communication tool to enhance safety of care in urgent caesarean section delivery• design and implement procedure for emergency caesarean delivery in the main operating room • design and implement procedure for availability of blood products in the Birthing Suite operating room for high-risk deliveries• update labour analgesia protocols• design and operationalize in-situ high fidelity simulation training for obstetric teams • design procedure and protocol for safe obstetric anesthesia care during COVID-19• design and operationalize simulation drills to practice COVID-19 protocols
