I am a December 2025 graduate at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, with majors in Genetics, Global Health, and Art History. My academic and professional path combines healthcare experience, scientific research, and leadership roles that have prepared me for a career in research and healthcare.In 2023, I earned my CNA certification and gained clinical experience at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital and Capitol Lakes Retirement Community. These roles strengthened my skills in patient care, teamwork, and adaptability while reinforcing my passion for serving others.At UW–Madison, I’ve served as a STEM Immersion Peer Leader and teaching assistant, where I created workshops, mentored students, and developed communication skills for both academic and professional settings. In Alpha Omega Epsilon, a STEM-focused professional sorority, I’ve held roles in public relations, professional development, and finance—experiences that taught me how to manage projects, lead teams, and build community.Alongside these experiences, I have gained laboratory experience in both independent and collaborative projects, developing strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. I’m excited to apply my scientific knowledge, leadership experience, and commitment to health as I begin pursuing full-time opportunities after graduation!
