About Saroj Kumar Pani
With over 25 years of experience in industry and academia, including more than 16 years in IIMs and XLRI, I teach, do research, consulting, and training. I specialise in Corporate Strategy & Policy, Leadership development, and Entrepreneurship. I help business leaders make strategy and entrepreneurs fine tune their business model. Have done consulting and customised training for more than 50 organisations. I was an entrepreneur in the early now help entrepreneurs grow. I have conceptualized, curated, and conducted several entrepreneurship development programs apart from being a mentor to individual entrepreneurs and start-ups. My institutional role includes faculty development and academic administration. I have contributed to XLRI, and four IIMs at different stages of growth. My administrative experience includes Dean (Academics), Acting Director, Founding MD of incubation centre, apart from being Chairperson of various degree granting programs, centres of excellence, and other associated verticals across IIMs.
