   Leading DDM (Design Development Management) and LTM (Launch Team Management) under the VE (Vehicle Engineering) Quality organization to ensure geometry synthesis and drive product and process evolution from Concept design to industrialization.As leader of DDM, I am responsible for animation of product quality in design/Conception phase for the IAP (India Asia Pacific) projects and support the global teams in North America and Europe as a center of competence. Converge and validate product and process specifications to meet the vehicle\'s geometrical quality objectives. Validate design and process robustness of the vehicle (Body, Chassis & Interior) according to internal standards (Must Have Standard). Develop geometrical specifications for upstream products and processes, including CTF Lists, Build Objectives, and Dimensional requirements. Identify PQ improvement needs and risks to ensure project targets and concepts are validated.As an LTM Leader, I am responsible for the industrialization of projects by ensuring geometric synthesis within the VE perimeter for IAP programs. I oversee the successful launch of new projects and ensure their seamless handover to the production team. Drive project execution by aligning deliverables with key milestones and ensuring timelines are met. Define team structure and execution model to support a successful launch. Manage key launch KPIs such as defects per vehicle, BIW compliance, supplier compliance, and engineering robustness. Provide technical leadership to cross-functional teams and oversee a smooth handover to manufacturing.
