Experienced and talented Bio transformation and DMPK scientist. I lead a lot of discovery projects in different therapeutic areas like Oncology, Immunology, Immuno-oncology, Neuroscience etc, and Prodrug projects successfully from synthesis to IND filing. My core expertise is Metabolite Identification specially soft-spot identification, determination of very complicated Metabolite profiling by using High resolution Mass spectroscopy, suggesting chemistry to modify the structure to mitigate metabolism related liabilities, In vitro drug metabolism assays like time depended CYP inhibition assay/Ki/kinact assay/DDI studies/ Transporters assays etc. ADME trouble shooting, investigative ADME, providing strategic suggestions for different ADME assays depending on the Biological target and unusual ADME data, overall very good understanding and expertise in IVIVC (in vitro in vivo co-relations), Metabolite identification, in vitro drug metabolism assays, reaction phenotype/DDI (drug/drug interaction) study designing and execution, Currently leading R&D of discovery research by collaborating with AI/ML company and also leading contract research division at DiponED which provide Biology/ADME support for the discovery research of NCEs/ proof of concept formulation development to CROs, Pharmaceutical companies and Academic institutions.
