Dissertation Trainee in Hepatology and Cancer Biology Lab at Pondicherry University.working on In-Vivo and In-Vitro Biochemical and Antioxidant assays like CAT, SOD, GSH, TBARS-MDA etc targeting MASLD Induced Rat models. Exploring the expression levels of certain genes of interest in MASLD like IL-6, NFkb etc using qPCR and Training in Western blotting, ELISA, PCR, RT-PCR etc and actively learning standard Molecular Biology techniques like DNA and RNA isolation.Gained valuable experience in Liver tissue sample processing, storage and handling, and technical knowledge required to subject the liver tissue to various Anti-Oxidant stress test assays In-Vitro and the compilation and statistical Analysis of the data obtained.
