Support the selling and purchasing functions, carry out a variety of tasks. Responsible for maintaining efficient and profitable support for the day-to-day operations of the Product Line and procurement in accordance with savings targets. • Sustain an ongoing and up-to date knowledge of all aspects of respective product line serving as a technical expert, serve as a primary contact for AAR. • Proactively drive vendor relationships. Maximize sales and margin objectives of respective product line, expand existing business and support sales force. • Plan, schedule, and manage inventory for respective product line. • Identify market trends and coordinate with sales group to anticipate areas of opportunities. • Ensure that inventory management and shareholder value is maximized. • Dedicated purchasing responsibility for non-critical Programs purchasing requirements. • Market intel capture and upload. Subsequent Transfer orders, process rejects. • Check customer orders are in line with forecasts. • Maintain stock codes, costs, prices and product data in the company ERP and MS Excel. Work with warehouse, accounts team and suppliers to resolve discrepancies. • Responsible for accurate repair order quotes and approvals, Manage vendor relationships. Control of mod status on all component repairs. • Contribute and make sure that the departmental and company targets are met.
