I then went on to pursue a Master’s in Environmental Biotechnology, where I got deeper into the connections between technology and sustainability. Eventually, my curiosity about solving real-world problems led me to a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, where I focused on developing liquid membrane-based technologies for removing arsenic from water—a project very close to my heart because of its potential to make drinking water safer for communities and contribute to safer and cleaner water sources worldwide. My expertise extends to advanced analytical techniques, including Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy, Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy, and X-ray Diffraction, which empower me to understand complex environmental challenges and devise innovative solutions. My passion lies in the realm of water purification, conservation, and sustainable water management.
