Service Delivery Manager for the South East Genomic Hub Laboratory, based at the Viapath Genetics Laboratory at Guys and St Thomas NHS FT. Previously, I worked as Programme Manager (Technical programme) at the West Midlands Regional Genetics Laboratory (WMRGL) at The Birmingham Women’s and Children’s Hospital, I am responsible for the overall operational management of the technical workflows, resourcing, solution development, service implementation, improvement and leadership to ensure successful delivery and execution of genetics diagnostics services.
