I am a strategy-led marketing and brand transformation professional with over 20 years of experience across intelligence, education, NBFC, FMCG, real estate, healthcare and consulting.My early career with the Intelligence Bureau shaped the way I view marketing — not merely as communication, but as an exercise in understanding human behaviour, perception, trust and decision-making under uncertainty. This foundation has guided my work across industries where credibility, influence and long-term brand equity matter.Over the years, I have led and advised organisations on go-to-market strategy, brand repositioning, purpose-driven communication and revenue-led growth initiatives. My work spans business turnarounds, new market creation, stakeholder trust building and integrated marketing ecosystems across ATL, BTL, digital, PR and partnerships.During the pandemic, I spearheaded purpose-led brand initiatives that focused on restoring confidence and livelihoods rather than pushing sales — delivering significant improvements in stakeholder trust and brand equity. One such initiative has been documented as a case study by IIM Udaipur.Most recently, I headed marketing for a multi-hospital cluster, driving digital revenue growth and brand strengthening initiatives. I consciously step into roles where marketing is expected to play a strategic role in business growth — not merely execution.I believe strong brands are built at the intersection of insight, empathy, culture and disciplined execution.Currently exploring leadership or advisory roles where strategic marketing, brand stewardship and long-term value creation are central to the mandate.I hold an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur, an LL.B from Karnataka State Law University, and multiple certifications in digital marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and finding your purpose at work.
