Our India team integrates seamlessly with US teams, helping to better serve the firm’s current clientele as well as grow its global roster. As the market in India grows, we envision a tremendous growth opportunity for MBH to bring experience and knowledge. Prior to this I was DGM, Architecture at Oberoi Realty, I was involved in mixed use development in Thane and closely managing fast-paced private dwellings in Alibaug, under the aegis of the MD. I was associated with NMIMS University for almost a decade as Asst. Professor sharing the pedagogy of BSSA to help nurture Future Friendly Design Professionals who accept and evolve with ever changing parameters of cultures and technologies, creating sustainable and aesthetic architectural environments. My role encompassed mentoring, teaching and training in design, building technology, visualization subjects and designing the courseware to keep it abreast with new technology and growing demands of the professional industry. I attribute my versatile design management experience in design, development, coordination and on ground implementation and detailing to my 15 years with Anand Patel Architects. Our customer centric approach be it clients and corporates helped build a robust portfolio of commercial offices, industrial kitchens, service apartment and several hi-end residences and homes, My initial years as architectural graduate at The architects office exposed me to the hospitality industry, designing restaurants, and hotels. I also studied Conservation, Built Heritage and Indian aesthetics, in addition to Masters Research at Sir JJ College of Architecture as part of my academic pursuits. My interests vary from documenting historic pasts to achieving new heights in visualisations in the ever changing and expanding digital technology.
