I am very passionate about streamlining processes; identifying areas of opportunities for automation; bringing standardization among various teams - My recent achievements would be playing an instrumental role in creating replica of the Local Intelligence team based out of Europe & Oceania regions here in India which resulted in faster TAT and building capability in house in line with the Transition framework ( built by In house Transition team)-I have worked on several process improvements projects via process re-engineering and recently applying the Lean Six Sigma Methodology resulted in savings of 60K Euros. I also attended the Grace hopper event Oct 2019 held at Orlando.People : Apart from handling customer critical projects under I have also been part many organization level initiatives & my keen interest in diversity and inclusion made me one of the Here Culture Champions. I also work as a Core team member in Women Initiatives Network (India )and organized an event similar to TED talk named Witness objective was to provide a platform to women achievers across the organization to come up and share their Training conducted on Personal Leadership with the early career team members. Currently playing integral role in the Women Initiatives Network to empower & help women at HERE PersonalI am very passionate about networking loves meeting new people and learning from their experiences & reading books on self improvement that landed me to Join the Lean in Circle ( Mumbai) and is associated with the Community for past 2 years
